Return and Refund Policy

How do I return my product?

– Customers can return their order within 10 days after an order has been delivered.
– Defective items are eligible for the refund.
– For all returns please email our customer care executive at along with your complete order details and issues.
– Mail us your order details on and our team will revert you with pickup request via mail.
– We will arrange a pick-up within 2-3 days of your request.
– There are certain areas where we cannot provide a pick-up service. However, you can self-ship your product through any courier service, preferably Speed Post.
– After having a word with our customer care executive, then only send the product(s) via speed post.
– Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
– Hand over the product(s) to the pickup boy and make sure that the package is completely packed.
Custom products are not returnable since these are custom orders specifically made according to your requirement.
– Size charts are made available on the product page so choose the size accordingly. Returns/Replacement will not be accepted if you have an issue with the size post the delivery.
– Products on sale are not returnable.
– Order cannot be cancelled post the dispatch. You can feel free to reject the package when it reaches your doorstep.
– Masks are not returnable/replaceable for safety reasons.
– Refunds for returns related to size will be refunded into the TeesTheDay wallet as the size chart is already uploaded on each product page.

How will I get my refund ?

Once the order has been picked up, the refund will be initiated to your selected mode within 12-15 working days from the date your order is picked, subject to your returns passing the quality check.

Refund will reflect as per below-mentioned timelines:

  1. Instant refund into TeesTheDay wallet for COD orders.
  2. NEFT refund process takes 72 hours.
  3. Payment Gateway refund process takes 7 to 9 working days excluding Saturdays/Sundays and Bank Holidays.
